Our prices, written down plainly

We put our prices on the website because you need a number when you are planning, not a sales call first. A robot at your event starts at EUR 3,000 per event day, and that already covers everything needed to make the day run without your team looking after it. Anything you can add, and what it costs, is written just as plainly below.

One price per event day

We bill per event day, whether that day is a trade-fair day in a busy hall or an opening evening in your new store. A day starts at EUR 3,000, and the setup day beforehand is part of it rather than a separate line. If a date is unusual enough that it does not fit this shape, we will say so before you ever see a quote.

Three ways to book us

Most enquiries fall into one of these three shapes. If you are not sure which one fits your event, just describe the day to us and we will place it for you.

01

A single event day

One day, one machine, one act rehearsed in advance and an operator who stays for the whole thing. It suits an opening, a product launch or a single trade-fair day. The setup day beforehand is already included.

from EUR 3,000

02

A full multi-day appearance

For fairs and other events that run over several days. Setup happens once, the operator stays the same, and the per-day price stays the same. Across several days it is usually worth alternating two acts, so your own team is not watching the same routine again and again.

from EUR 3,000 per day

03

A custom integration engagement

The usual shape for a first engagement: two event days plus a development budget for an integration built around you. That is what lets the machine learn an act of your own or talk to your own system. At a second event you pay only EUR 3,000 per day, with no further integration cost.

around EUR 7,000

Always included

These five things are in every quote, regardless of how long the booking is or where it takes place. You do not have to negotiate them, and you will not find them again later as add-ons.

  • A setup day before the event

We arrive a day early, put the machine in its spot, check power and network and run the whole act through once. That way the event day itself holds no surprises.

  • Transport, delivery and travel

We bring the machines ourselves, unpack them and pack them up again at the end. Travel is included in the price, anywhere in Europe.

  • An operator on site, all day

Someone from us is there the whole time, someone who knows the machine and looks after it between acts. Your own team does not have to operate anything or keep an eye on it.

  • The machines themselves

Humanoid, quadruped or mobile manipulator, depending on what suits your day. Having them there and getting them ready is part of the day rate.

  • The act, rehearsed in advance

Every movement runs in simulation first, until it is safe, and only then goes onto the real machine. What your guests see has been rehearsed with nobody watching, for as long as it took to run reliably.

What you can add

Everything here is optional. Plenty of events do fine without any of it, and we will tell you honestly when an addition would not do much for your day.

  • about 2 weeks lead time

A custom act from your own footage — You send us a video, we track the movement in it and retarget it onto the machine. A gesture from your mascot, a moment from a sport, a short choreography, a product handover: if it can be filmed, the machine can learn it.

  • about 4 weeks plus a remote integration test

A link into your own system — A spoken command goes to the machine, it calls into your software, carries out the task and reports the result back. Navigation, camera capture and picking up objects are all possible. Before the event we test the connection together remotely.

  • subject to availability

A second machine — The quadruped makes a good second attraction, because it handles stairs and uneven ground and can move beyond the spot where the humanoid stands. It gives people something to watch while the humanoid is busy with its act.

  • EUR 3,000 per day

Further event days — Each additional day costs EUR 3,000, whether it follows straight on or happens later at a different occasion. Once an integration exists, you use it again with no further development cost.

How you get to a quote

Send us the date, the place and two sentences about what you want people to remember. We will ask about the space, the power and the network, suggest an act that fits and send you a number with nothing hidden in it. Once you say yes, we block the setup day and the event day and only come back to you when there is something to decide.

Ask about your date

Tell us when and where, and we will tell you whether we are free and what it costs. Asking costs you nothing and commits you to nothing.

Questions

What is the smallest booking you do?

EUR 3,000 for a single event day. That covers the setup the day before, transport, travel, the machines and an operator who stays on site for the whole day.

Why does the first event cost more than the ones after it?

Because the first time includes work that then belongs to you: an act of your own, or the link into your system. A typical first engagement is around EUR 7,000 for two event days plus that development budget. At a second event you pay EUR 3,000 per day, and the integration is not charged again.

Are travel and transport charged on top?

No. We travel from Germany and work across Europe, and travel is part of the day rate. Transport of the machines and their delivery are included as well.

Will there be costs on our side?

Nothing from us. You provide floor space, power, network and a defined spot for the machine, and we bring everything else. Just plan for the lead time: a simple custom behaviour takes about two weeks, a full integration into your system about four weeks plus a remote integration test.
