A welcome as someone comes closer
The machine turns towards the person and speaks to them, rather than playing a loop into an empty room.
A robot draws people over even when it is just standing there. What people remember is what it does once someone is standing in front of it. So we agree on every act with you beforehand, and rehearse it before the machine travels to you.
Tell us about your eventYou pick one act, or two, that suit the people you expect, and we build the day around them. At a trade fair short acts repeat across the day, so someone arriving in the afternoon still sees something; at an opening or a product launch everything points at the one moment when the room is full. The machines arrive on a setup day beforehand, and someone from us is there for the whole event day. Nobody on your team has to look after the technology.
The humanoid stands where your guests arrive, welcomes them, waves and speaks to them. We write the lines together with you beforehand, in your own words and in the language your guests speak. The act stays deliberately short: it opens the conversation, and your team carries it on.
The machine turns towards the person and speaks to them, rather than playing a loop into an empty room.
Small, clearly readable movements that still land from a few metres away.
You give us the text and we put it on the machine, in German, in English, or alternating between the two.
The act ends with an invitation to come closer, so curiosity turns into a conversation with a person.
For this act we connect the machine to your software. Someone says a command out loud, the call goes into your system, the machine carries out the step, and the result comes back where people can see it. This is the act for guests who are less interested in the robot than in what your product actually does. Allow around four weeks for an integration into a customer system, plus a remote integration test.
Your colleague, or a guest, says out loud what should happen.
The command triggers a real call into your system, not a mock-up.
The machine performs the step in the room, where everyone can watch.
The result goes back into your system and can be shown on your screen.
Driving to a point, capturing a camera image and picking objects up are all possible; we agree in advance which of them belong in your demo.
The machine picks an object up and passes it to your guests, a small moment people are happy to queue for. One thing we would rather say now than on the event day: business cards, flyers and anything else flat cannot be gripped. What works is anything with a body to it — a small box, a tin, a cup, a bottle, a cloth bag, a poster in a tube. Tell us early what you would like to give away, and we will try it out beforehand and say honestly whether it holds.
Plenty of guests want exactly one thing at the end: a picture of themselves next to the machine. We put the humanoid into a calm pose for it, the operator keeps an eye on the distance, and your team can keep talking to people meanwhile. Your guests take those pictures themselves, and many of them show them to colleagues afterwards.
Alongside the humanoid you can add a four-legged robot, an AgiBot D1-W or a machine from Direct Drive Tech. It handles stairs and uneven ground, and it moves low and lively enough that guests of any age stop to watch. It earns its place when two spots need something happening at once: the humanoid in one place, the quadruped a few metres away.
If a movement can be filmed, the machine can learn it. We track the pose in your video, retarget it onto a Unitree G1 in simulation, and rehearse it there until it runs safely; only then does it go onto the real machine. That is how you get your mascot's walk, a gesture from your campaign, a sport, or a handover that matches your product exactly. Allow around two weeks for a simple custom behaviour.
An event day starts at EUR 3,000. A typical first engagement is around EUR 7,000, covering two event days plus a development budget for a custom integration; a second event is then EUR 3,000 per day with no further integration cost. That includes the setup day, transport and delivery of the machines, the act rehearsed in advance, and an operator who stays on site all day. Travel is included, and we work across Europe, travelling from Germany. From you we need floor space, power, network and a defined spot for the machine.
Yes, and that is the normal case. A greeter in the morning, a live demo at the hours when most of your guests are there, and photos in between all fit comfortably into one day. We agree the order and rhythm with your programme in advance, and one operator runs all of it.
Floor space, power, network and a defined spot for the machine, and that is all. Transport, setup and supervision are ours; the machines arrive on a setup day before the event. If you send us your floor plan early, we will tell you where the machine works best.
Around two weeks for a simple custom behaviour, and around four weeks for a full integration into your system, plus a remote integration test. If your date is closer than that, get in touch anyway: we will tell you honestly what is still possible in the time left and what is not.
